my appreciation to you and your staff
This email is just a note of my appreciation to you and your staff. First I just want to say that over the years I have always been met with nothing but respect and concern by your team. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with. I've never had any problems or concerns that weren't treated with care, professionalism and priority by your offices. I want to say thank you to everyone for that. My biggest thanks at the moment is to you Dr. Sayeed. I have suffered from lower back pain and pinched nerves since 2012 when a tractor trailer struck me while I was walking my dog.
In September this year you did a series of injections that literally diminished the pain. I've had more relief than ever before. I was able to start walking for excersize again. For the 1st time in 5 years I feel normal. I know it will be short lived but I am confident that now we have pinpointed the trouble area and can continue treating it in the future. Although I will never be rid of the pain fully and will probably always need you, I am forever greatful to have you as my doctor. I can't say enough about how great you are and how much you have helped me live a normal life over the years. Now more than ever. You and your team are a blessing and I thought you should know that you've made a difference in someone's life that truly appreciates it.
